Service Commencement & Cancellation

Service Commencement & Cancellation. Service is considered started once Bayou Curb Appeal arrives at the service location and begins setup, including unloading equipment, staging tools, or running hoses. Once service has started, the full quoted amount is due if the customer cancels, declines to allow the work to proceed, or is not present or does not provide access to the property or water. Any deposit paid is applied toward the amount due. If Bayou Curb Appeal cancels or postpones due to weather, safety, or equipment issues, no charge applies. By signing or accepting this quote, the customer agrees to these terms.
